Every dispute filed against a finding here, in the filer's own words, with our response and what happened next.

Insurers get their findings at least 14 days before publication, and anyone can dispute a finding at any time. Disputes are published whether we agree with them or not. When we are wrong, the record says so.

No disputes have been filed yet. This page is published empty on purpose, so that the channel exists before the first finding does, and so a reader can tell the difference between "nobody disputed this" and "disputes go unpublished".

How to file one

Email contact@ghostnetworkwatch.org or open a request on the public correction tracker. Say which finding you mean, and what is wrong about it. A metric name plus an NPI is the most precise way to point at one.

Please do not put anyone's personal or health information in a tracker request, since those are public and permanently indexed. If a correction needs that kind of detail, send it by email instead.

We publish disputes as filed. The one exception is material we will not host, meaning personal or health information, credentials, or abuse. We remove that, and this page says what was removed rather than editing quietly. Every change to a published statement is visible in the file's git history, so "published verbatim" is something you can check rather than something you have to take on faith.

Separately, when a later monthly crawl no longer reproduces a finding, it is marked resolved with a date on the changes page, whether or not anyone disputed it.
